Willard’s grandmother opened her bakery during an era when recipes were written by hand, customers were greeted by name, and the morning rush began before sunrise. For years she served her community from behind the counter, building a reputation one batch at a time.

When her shop eventually closed, the recipes were carefully saved.

Among them was the cinnamon roll.

Today, that same recipe remains one of the most treasured parts of Saucer Nest. Layers of cinnamon and brown sugar are rolled by hand, baked until golden, and finished with a light vanilla drizzle that lets the flavor of the pastry shine through.

More than a menu item, it’s a connection between generations.

Every morning we bake them as a reminder of where this journey began.
